7月3日下午，济南市物业行业协会会长工作会议在鲁能领秀城召开。济南市物业行业协会领导、协会副会长单位负责人到会参加了会议，刘国光总经理应邀参加了会议。

会议伊始，张平会长通报了协会近期工作情况及下一步工作计划。随后，与会代表就济南市物业行业下一步发展方向进行了座谈讨论，刘国光总经理就如何从抓好节能减排提升物业公司经济效益方面做了阐述，他认为物业公司属于微利行业，物业公司在提升服务质量、提高收费率的同时，在物业服务管理工作中引入成熟的节能改造新技术、新工艺并加以推广和应用对物业公司经济效益的提高具有重要的意义，并列举了地下停车场安装节能LED灯、水泵房安装节能新型水泵等节能减排新措施。

会后，与会人员到领秀城物业服务项目参观并进行了现场交流。
