绿地泉集团成功竞得文庄153亩土地
2016年10月31日,济南市国土资源局以网上挂牌方式出让彩石、南北康、文庄、高新区的1449亩土地,其中各片区的土地采用捆绑模式。文庄片区的B-2、B-8-2地块2宗土地吸引了9家实力雄厚的企业争夺,最终山东绿地泉控股集团更胜一筹,经过多轮鏖战,将万科、龙湖、融创、金地、华润等名企一一超越,以316490万元如愿摘得文庄153亩居住用地,济南战略版图再添新成员。
市中区2016-G092/093地块位于G104国道以南,二环南快速路以北,文庄路以东,地上容积率为3.3,计容建面为335405㎡。作为绿地国际城的后续用地,文庄项目的取得对于绿地泉集团文庄片区大战略布局的实施具有里程碑式意义!
