公司成功摘得济南市中区双龙两幅土地
3月16日,历经近3个小时291轮的激烈竞价,公司最终98716.6万元(溢价74.05%)成功摘得济南市中区阳光新路西侧双龙A-1、A-2两幅土地,其中A-1地块为居住用地,占地68830㎡,2.2 ≤ 地上容积率 ≤ 2.8,折合楼面地价4475元/平方米;A-2地块为商业商务用地,占地7954㎡,3.0 ≤ 地上容积率 ≤ 5.0,折合楼面地价3313元/平方米。
两宗土地北临泉景天沅和卧龙花园、西临青龙山、东临阳光新路,该区域我公司已深耕多年,公司先后开发建设的卧龙花园、泉景天沅项目总建面约110万平米,目前已基本建设完毕,相关教育、商业、商务配套齐全,该区域已成为济南南部城区大型成熟居住社区,并带动周边区域环境整体提升,成为人口密集、商业繁华、交通便利的生活办公区。
