公司成功摘取绿地隆悦公馆二期土地
11月13日下午,公司以接近底价成功摘取位于原山东宏济堂制药集团有限公司华龙路B地块(2014-G056)国有建设用地使用权,该宗土地位于公司开发建设的绿地隆悦公馆一期项目东侧,土地面积为30202平方米,成交价2.84亿元,折合626万元/亩,按照规划要求,该宗土地地上容积率不大于2.8不小于2.2,绿化率不小于35%,公司确定在该地块开发建设绿地隆悦公馆二期项目。
因该地块土地位置绝佳、规划条件良好、规模适中,再加上经过前期土地市场的短暂低迷之后市场回升趋势日趋明显,10月15日该宗土地挂牌出让公告发布后立即引来众多开发商的青睐。为确保顺利摘得此宗土地,公司主要领导和投发、技发、市场等相关部门付出了大量艰辛的努力,最终公司以接近底价摘取该宗土地。该宗土地的成功获取不仅为公司明年预售目标的实现提供了有力支持,更是为公司探索出一条新项目拓展的成功之路。
